Starr County Victims of Domestic Violence Candlelight Vigil

This event is in honor of all the women fromStarr County who have died by the hand of their husband or boyfriend. We also honor the survivors of domestic abuse. We encourage everyone in the community to come out and help raise awareness and eradicate domestic violence.
